For customers ordering from Japan, China, Hong Kong and South Korea, we ship using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All taxes and duties are already included in the price displayed on our website, so the amount you see at checkout is the final price with no additional fees on delivery.

All other orders outside the EU are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the customer is responsible for all taxes, custom charges and import duties.

We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days from our Stockholm distribution centre, excluding Swedish public holidays. Processing operates Monday to Friday. Note that process times depend on payment clearance and stock availability, and may extend during sale periods.

Delivery times mentioned are to be seen as estimates and the time of the delivery may be longer. In case of any misleading information regarding the quantities in stock or due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please note that we are not able to redirect orders once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you receive a defective item, an incorrect product or if your delivery has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Kindly include your order number along with a brief description of the issue, and preferably photos showing the problem. This helps us handle your case more efficiently.

If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.

Your order is insured by HOPE during shipping and until it is delivered to you. If your order is signed by a recipient other than yourself their signature is evidence of signature that verifies delivery and order fulfilment by HOPE, and at the same time releases HOPE of any responsibility.
